Should be a 2-3 hour job maximum, but will need to use spakfilla or something to fill the area that’s missing. I am a tenant at the end of my lease of a modern one-bedroom apartment in Ryde. I want to avoid any possibility of not receiving a full bond refund. So I need the help of a handyman to make several small cosmetic repairs. I am looking for this work to be completed before I vacate the property and hand back the keys to the landlord/agent on Tue 25 Apr. NB: End of Lease Cleaners at property at 9am for 5hrs on Fri 21 Apr and carpets are being steam cleaned/treated from 9am on Sat 22 Apr. I realise this is a short time frame of availability to do the work. I’ll provide the spare front door key and entry/parking fob for you to use, which should allow you a greater flexibility of access to the property. Minor damage (with estimated quantities of each): * small dents/holes (<10) in walls * poor-quality filled hole (1 x 20cmsq, 1x 10cmsq) in wall * paint damage (<5) from removed hooks/tape * 1x loose/fallen heavy metal door handle on interior hollow-core door * chipped paint and scratches on (2-3) door frames Estimated Labour Time: 2-3hrs Budget: $50-$60 hourly rate incl. Your own tools/basic materials please. I’m still trying to find where I can get small pots of the same paint used at the time of build/decoration. If you already have or you’re able to get the paint required for the touch-ups please let me know – in which case, of course, we’ll agree adding an amount to cover paint cost prior. Need to know if I can remove internal walls and construct new internal walls - Due date: Flexible

I currently live in a granny flat in Ryde and have a separate side entrance to the property with a generous L shaped walkway toward the front door and a huge backyard. The side of the house along the walkway has lots of spiders and cobwebs I’d like removed. In general, my deck (measuring roughly 3m x 3m) needs to be cleaned from top to bottom (especially the inner roof) as there are lots of cobwebs and dust. I have a 5 seater outdoor lounge and 8 seater outdoor dining table which is relatively light that will need to be removed and a few other items to clear the deck. I can help you lift and move these onto the grass if need be. I would like a deep clean and scrub of the floors so all items need to be removed from the deck. I have 2 dogs who have soiled some parts of the deck, but I have tried to clean as much as I can. There are also cobwebs around the sides of the house under the windows, please remove these as well.
