The bedroom ceiling is a dropped plaster ceiling sitting below concrete slab of floor above. There is a small cavity between plaster and concrete. Bedroom walls are a mix of plaster and masonry. Strata have asked for a quote before approving any soundproofing amendments. Would you be able to provide a quote (via visit would be preferred) for soundproofing the ceiling and the wall adjoining my neighbour?
