Shop front, Window needs sanded and painted. new short lease, so i dont want to spend a fortune

Paint the exterior of our shop in Paddington (pink section) with premium outdoor paint from Dulux or similar. Must have strong knowledge of weather resistant paint that will not chip. A strong relationship with a Dulux representative is preferred as we only want to use quality paint. Only require painting of the front wall, awning and sides/bottom of awning. We would like to see samples of chocolate brown based on our sample please.
