Painting of two commercial rooms and two walls of a stairwell required, must be completed by Friday. Rooms are empty. 30L of tinted white paint supplied (not green - painting started with green colour but will proceed with standard white instead), but painter will need to supply undercoat paint. Room dimensions: Room one: 7.1m longx4.9m wide x3.8m high Room two: 3.6m long x3.5m wide x5m high Stairwell walls standard height.

We would love someone to come and match the white paint colour of the rest of the room in our office and paint over the current blue feature wall in the same matching white colour. We want the whole room to be the same white colour floor to ceiling. Our office is in Hendra. The wall space is quite small, as you can see in the images. Ideally we would like it done on a weekend, so people aren’t smelling the paint fumes while working. Please let me know if there are any further questions about the space?

Need a small shop repainted white. Primer coat has been applied to all walls already. It’s for end of lease make good so just need it done the most affordable. Window frames and skirting. All surfaces need to be repainted white other than ceiling.

Paint a 26m2 office area. All sides and roof. Supply paint. Total area 74m2 approx. Room approx. 8mx3.3m Height roughly 2.4m

We recently painted over some removed TV brackets, however once dried the area is not the same colour as the rest of the wall despite colour matching. We need a painter to: - colour match paint to the rest of the wall again (if this dries the same as the wall only the square will need painting, but if not we will need to paint the whole section of wall including the square).

End of office lease - just need to repaint the walls. Not every wall will need to be done as some are as new. We think we have the paint colour already but additional paint will need to be purchased. We have done some patching of walls but need them sanded back then both the walls and ceiling tiles painted. Don’t want or need professional painters but someone who’s painted their own house before. Some of the wall repairs were deep so we’ve used a mortar type product to fill them but they’ll need sanding back and a light coat of plaster added. We have the paint and plaster and tools

Our new fit out needs painting before flooring is laid. 65 m2 area - mainly unpainted pasterboard, small area of blockwork. Ceiling also needs painting and has exposed pipework, air conditioning ducts and cabling that will also be painted. Job includes masking 7 pendant downlights, kitchen cabinets, electricity cabinet, light/power plates and hanging wires, sprinkler heads, smoke alarms/sensors, a/c filter inlet and windows/doors prior to painting. Ceiling and services in ceiling to be painted deep blue, with walls off white. Two coats Dulux wash and wear. Fire door to be painted semi-gloss deep blue (same as ceiling). Timing: commence on 25th May, complete by Thurs 28th May.
