I need the clinic to be painted over the holiday Christmas break. There are 7 individual rooms then common areas such as hallways and front waiting room.

I need my office painting, plain white. It’s wall scuffs and for the Bond so just a once over really. Fairly easy job. We know what paint is needed as we have a 4L tin already. 149m2. I have attached photos.

Awnings needs to be cleaned and painted with outdoor waterproof paint (same colour as door Mentone black)

Ceiling has been water damaged, under an insurance claim, the garage and workshop ceiling requires prepping and painting.

Need a small shop repainted white. Primer coat has been applied to all walls already. It’s for end of lease make good so just need it done the most affordable. Window frames and skirting. All surfaces need to be repainted white other than ceiling.

Paint a 26m2 office area. All sides and roof. Supply paint. Total area 74m2 approx. Room approx. 8mx3.3m Height roughly 2.4m

We recently painted over some removed TV brackets, however once dried the area is not the same colour as the rest of the wall despite colour matching. We need a painter to: - colour match paint to the rest of the wall again (if this dries the same as the wall only the square will need painting, but if not we will need to paint the whole section of wall including the square).

End of office lease - just need to repaint the walls. Not every wall will need to be done as some are as new. We think we have the paint colour already but additional paint will need to be purchased. Also some stickers to remove from the front window. The office side is around 100m2 however as mentioned not all walls will need to be done

We have done some patching of walls but need them sanded back then both the walls and ceiling tiles painted. Don’t want or need professional painters but someone who’s painted their own house before. Some of the wall repairs were deep so we’ve used a mortar type product to fill them but they’ll need sanding back and a light coat of plaster added. We have the paint and plaster and tools

Need 5 walls painted for a new small commercial office space we have just leased in Surfers Paradise. Office is empty. Access can be provided from 11am Saturday and access can be provided Sunday. Dark navy blue paint over existing white walls. Two coats are likely to be needed. Paint will be provided. Needs to be done professionally and neatly without mess.

Our new fit out needs painting before flooring is laid. 65 m2 area - mainly unpainted pasterboard, small area of blockwork. Ceiling also needs painting and has exposed pipework, air conditioning ducts and cabling that will also be painted. Job includes masking 7 pendant downlights, kitchen cabinets, electricity cabinet, light/power plates and hanging wires, sprinkler heads, smoke alarms/sensors, a/c filter inlet and windows/doors prior to painting. Ceiling and services in ceiling to be painted deep blue, with walls off white. Two coats Dulux wash and wear. Fire door to be painted semi-gloss deep blue (same as ceiling). Timing: commence on 25th May, complete by Thurs 28th May.

Shop concrete floor needs coat of paint . Approx 150 squares. Small kitchen & toilets also. Even floor. Quote must include paint and tools 👍

Repaint office (3.4*6.) office walls, door, take down x -ray viewing box, and move curtain rail(only one) position in a medical office. Can be done any day next week.
