Need this cubby house painted. Will be 2 colours eg the roof and door one colour and the rest of the cubby house and window frames a different colour. paint will be provided.

Walls - doors and roof need to be all spray painted white, maybe the roof a different white but everything else same - how much ?

Looking for an experienced handyman, painter or plasterer to prepare my vacant 3-bedroom house for painting. The home has approximately 165m² of internal living area (207m² including the garage). But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter. Areas to be prepared: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Kitchen Dining Living room Laundry Hallway Entry/sunroom Garage ceiling and cornices only (garage brick walls will not be painted) Please bring your own tools and consumables (filler, sandpaper, caulk, etc.).
