3 bedrooms and a large loungeroom. Paint supplied as colours are picked. Two of the rooms can be left in just the primer at the bottom half as I’m panelling the walls. Ceilings will need to be done in white. House is very old and is currently being renovated. New floors are down so will need to be respectful of that. Also plantation shutters in all rooms. Gyprocking is being touched up and done tomorrow. There are stains to walls and kids drawings on the walls also. Not sure if it can just be painted over.

Looking for an experienced handyman, painter or plasterer to prepare my vacant 3-bedroom house for painting. The home has approximately 165m² of internal living area (207m² including the garage). But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter. Areas to be prepared: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Kitchen Dining Living room Laundry Hallway Entry/sunroom Garage ceiling and cornices only (garage brick walls will not be painted) Please bring your own tools and consumables (filler, sandpaper, caulk, etc.).
