You supply equipment. We don’t currently have access to the property and will receive the keys on the 13th May and will require the job to be done by 19th May. The property will be vacant. All surfaces have been fully prepared, filled, and undercoated — ready for paint. Paints will be supplied. The two archways require a neat two-tone striped finish (as per reference photos), so attention to detail is important. Only painting required — no prep work needed. Would suit someone with a steady hand and clean finishing skills.
