Paint the interior of our 4 bedroom house. Ceilings (white) and walls (colour). See plan of house, I’ve crossed out areas which are not included. Ideally week of 17 November for the work to be done.

Clean mould stains thoroughly, then paint over the top with a mould and stain blocker and 2 coats of white ceiling paint. Supply everything - mould cleaner, paint, tools, drop sheets etc. Not a big paint job but there are 3 separate patches. I don't mind if you only paint over the patches as this is a warehouse ceiling. We want it looking clean and tidy.

I am looking to have the interior of my house painted (walls only and not ceiling). The walls are currently white and I would want a fresh coat of white on the walls only the baseboards and trim and doors also need a fresh coat. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some of the rooms don’t have much walls as they are windows and the bathrooms are mostly tiled walls so don’t have a lot of wall either but I included some photos. We are moving into the house so it will be completely vacant with nobody living there with nothing on the walls (one wall shows a cabinet in the bedroom which is no longer there) so nobody should be in your way while you’re painting. The living room has a height up to 3.6m and one of the bedrooms is up to 4.2 on one wall. The rest of the rooms are standard height. I can supply the paint if it is easier or I can take your recommendation. Looking to get done the week of July 7 or slightly earlier so we can move in by 10th-11th ish.
