Painting the exterior of a single level house. Assisting the home owner. Paint is provided and brushes if required or bring own . Will pay $30 per hour. Approx 20/30 hours work available.

Must be QBCC Licensed and have own insurance Need a patch of a warehouse in Burleigh Heads rendered and painted. Must be done THIS WEEK only. This is what needs to be done: 1. Silicon patches scraped and removed 2. Cement base primer is to go over the Patched repaired work section  3. 2 coates of paint that matches the rest of the building You’ll need to organize hire of a cherry picker to access the spot as it’s high up. Need someone to paint the ceilings of two rooms in our residential house. The first room (foyer) requires both the ceiling and the stairs to be painted. There is already a coat of paint so will just need an extra few coats and sanding back in some areas. The second room (dining room) just requires the ceiling to be painted. Both ceilings are high.
