The job includes: * Painting all walls * Painting all ceilings * Painting all internal doors * Painting door frames and skirting boards if required * Filling and repairing all nail holes, screw holes and minor wall damage so the finish is smooth and professional * Preparing all surfaces properly before painting * Supplying all paint and materials * Cleaning up after the job is completed I am looking for a high quality finish with attention to detail. If you have photos of previous work, please include them with your offer. Please submit your total fixed price. I am not looking for hourly rates or additional charges after the job starts. The house is not completely empty. There is a bed in two of the bedrooms, and there is a small sofa and dining table in the living area. These items will need to be moved as required to allow painting and then placed back once the work is completed. That makes your ad clear and reduces the chance of disputes or extra charges later.

But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter. I am looking for a qualified painter to complete painting the full internal of my 4 bedroom property. The house will be vacant without any furniture. Painting must include 1. Walls 2. Ceilings 3. Skirting Boards 4. Patching/Repair cracks We will be using 2 different colours, one for the walls and a white for the ceiling. I can purchase paint or can reimburse to get a trade discount.
