I am building a house in Treeby. It is almost finishing. I need the whole house internal walls to be painted. The house is not big, it is 3x2 plus a small cinema. The living area of the house is approx 144sqm. How much will you charge to do: 3 coating system on the internal walls : 1 coat of suitable sealer 2 coats of Dulux professional. We only wanted to paint white colour for the whole house and maybe 1 different colour as feature wall in master bedroom, 1 feature wall in living and 1 feature wall in cinema.

I have a front and back merbau timber deck. They have wear and weather to the old stain last applied 8 years ago. I need them roughly washed and restained for my house to be sold. I have a 4 month old baby And am unable to do the job in the small time I need it ready by.

My wife and I are preparing a property to rent in Golden Point, Ballarat. I’m looking for a friendly and experienced painter to help with painting the interior walls of 3 bed + study + living areas house. All furniture has been removed. We have already filled holes / imperfections in walls. Woodwork will need a light sand. Here are a few details: I will supply the Paint: Nothing complex: ceiling white, whisper white for walls, lexicon half for woodwork, eg. Door frames, skirtings … Only interior needs to be painted All surfaces are currently being cleaned and will be dry. It would be great to find someone who takes care with neat edges and cleans up. Recently added small basement retreat that needs to be painted white, which includes a room (roughly 3.1m w, 4.5m long and 2m high), a very small bathroom (just toilet and sink) and small/short hallway. Need help painting 2 exterior coats of our cubby house. Inside and outside - both sides of the panels. Cubby house has not been assembled yet as manufacturer has advised to paint before assemblage. I am in the process of painting 2 coats of primer (Dulux 1 Step Prep). I need help with the exterior-grade paint x 2 coats. I will supply paint and we have basic painting equipment (paint, 1x brush, 1x roller). I plan to be done with the primer coats by EOD Wednesday. Ideally the exterior grade paint can be started on Thursday/Friday. Estimating about 2-3 hours of work aross 2 days to allow for drying in between coat application. PROJECT SUMMARY We require an experienced interior painter to repaint a dedicated home theatre room using Taubmans “Hinenuitepo” in a flat/matt finish across all walls, ceiling and trims. This space needs a high-quality dark finish suitable for a cinema-grade room. ROOM DETAILS - Room size is approximately 4.5 m x 4.0 m with a 2.7 m ceiling. After the storms, rain etc, water and mud splashing on new White House walls. Need to be cleaned. Will require ladder and gentle brush as to not strip paint. Should take approx an hour, max.

The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site. The rail has a gap between the wood, as shown in pics, need some filler as well. I have a can of the blue color paint, 1/4 can of the white/yellow color, don’t have the red color.
