I am renovating my house in East Victoria Park. Its an old timber frame clad house. Not very big, but tall ceilings. We have started painting all the interior white white white to be ready for renting. However we have lots of other jobs to do too. So Im looking for someone to finish the job. Still to go - another coat on the two bedrooms. The living, kitchen and laundry and toilet havent been started. Ceilings might just need touch ups in a few spots. Id also like to paint the tiles in the toilet and the concrete laundry floor dark grey. We are using good paint - Dulux wash and wear. Please quote on what this would cost to finish off for us.
