4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up. Require a professional painter who can provide invoice for tax purposes. Job is interior paint of small 2br house. 2bedrooms, combined kitchen/dining, living room, small bathroom and laundry. Wash walls then repaint 2 coats of ceilings, walls, window/door frames/skirting, 6 x doors. + 2 exterior wooden window frames. You'll need to provide drop sheets to cover furniture, tools and clean up afterwards. We'll help to move furniture as best we can but tenants are living in the house. Budget is for the job, we'll cover paint if you supply a receipt. We're flexible on when this happens but can't be Nov 14-30.

We have recently had the timber barge boards, rafters & eaves at front of house replaced & need these painted. + nail holes filled & gap filler applied where new works meets existing panels. We have the paint. It is a single story house but will need tall ladder. For one side you will need to access from carport roof. Pictures mostly show right side of house but painting required on left side too
