I’m not chasing a premium, high-end finish — just clean lines and an even, neat result. Scope of Works: - Mask skirting boards - Mask ceiling lines - Mask door frames - Mask window frames - Cover light switches & fittings - Lay drop sheets to protect floors - Paint ceilings only (no walls or trims) - 1 coat - Areas include: 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining, family room, hallway & kitchen Details: - House will be empty - Ceilings are in fair condition (gyprock) - Paint will be supplied Requirements: - Must have own tools (rollers, extension pole, drop sheets, masking tape) - Must be neat and detail-oriented - Have experience masking properly (clean lines matter) - Able to complete in 1 day

Need it to be taken back to the bear render, assume drop sheets will be used to keep off public area / neighbours driveway. All paint / paint stripper / drop sheets and other debris to be removed and walls left clean and tidy, with areas stripped of paint to be in condition to be repainted.
