Need grout repair and repaint of internal house walls from dents from furniture and paint peel off. This is end of lease repairs.

I am looking painter to paint upper part of double storey house . I have done the lower part but I dont have big ladder to cover upper side . I have attached photo of the area to give a approximate work. I also need border on the window . I'll provide the colors, brush and roller as well . You need to bring ladder. Double coat will be required.

There’s a bit of paint pealing in a couple of rooms (just a spot here and there ) . Kitchen , kids room, bathroom (see photos ) and a few just wear and tear on door frames and window frames outside. It needs touching up.
