We have recently had the gym professionally cleaned following a fire in the laundry, where soot travelled up to the ceiling approx - 10sqm. The gym has now been professionally cleaned, however, the walls and ceiling require two coats of paint to restore them properly. We will supply and purchase all of the required paint.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the exterior of my 2-level house, plus a small lower 3rd-level area. Scope of work: • Paint all external timber windows and doors in enamel • Paint all external walls and soffits in acrylic • Prepare surfaces, including sanding/filling where required • Provide a neat, professional finish I will supply all paint and materials – this is labour only. Preferably looking for one experienced painter to complete the entire job rather than multiple painters. Please provide your quote to prep and paint 4 bed, 1 bath, 2 ensuite, laundry, seperate toilet and single garage house including skirting, architrave and doors. The walls in 3 bedrooms and hallway have already been filled/sanded but the architraves and skirting has not. The garage is brick on 2 out of 4 walls and the brick is not being painted. The garage ceiling is flaky in parts and needs scraping back. The tiles in 1 ensuite and main bath go to the ceiling so it's just the ceiling in these rooms. I will supply paint. You will supply all usual painting equipment and drop sheets etc. Paint needs to be 1 coat primer, 2 coats paint. The paint colour for ceiling, walls and trim is the same colour but flat/low sheen/semi gloss.

We have 2x tiny houses that require: - Entire cabin painted - exterior only - Stairs painted - Wooden skirting at the base oiled We have a product list for paint and oil, both items can be picked up at Bunnings. Want the job completed within 3x days ideally, though definitely before 13th Aug. Cannot risk delays. Want to ensure painters are very experienced in the appropriate painting process, including preparing walls/doors/ceilings before commencing, avoiding drips/streaks, patching up at small holes with puddy prior if necessary, and knowledge about appropriate types of paint for different sections (eg walls vs doors vs ceilings).
