I need the current wood sanded back. It’s been painted brown. Natural wood underneath needs to be sealed with 2-3 coats. Clear coats to preserve the look of the natural wood. Must have sanding machine and I can buy the stain

Pressure wash the following. 1. Painted timber deck floor. Approx 8x4m. 60% of the deck doesn't have dark dirt marks. Also general wash down of pvc deck ceiling and poles. 2. Entrance way pillars and retaining stone walls along the path. See pictures. 3. Brick wall in bins area approx 3x2m. Airtasker to use own equipment.
