Have recently had floors sanded and sealed - need to dust the house - can only wear socks today, so need to be careful of floors- moving tomorrow so dust needs to be removed from fans lights switches plugs all countertops etc

It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 88m2. A fresh coat of paint needs to be done almost everywhere and the wooden flooring needs to be sanded and varnished. No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen. However, there are wooden flooring in the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom and toilet has tiles, similar with the kitchen which does not need anything to be done. Of course we will help move the furniture where required. Best quote wins the job- no equipment provided.

Need the decking and stairs on the side of our house re-done

I need a cubby house painted. I have the paint already. And its ready to paint. 2x Undercoat and 2x top coat First undercoat is 70% done already. Photo in pink is what it will look like.

4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up.
