We have recently had hybrid flooring in and replaced handrail of stair case. We now need someone to come in and tidy up the imperfections on stairs itself on left hand side and the railings. A couple small spots on a couple of skirting boards need a little touch up also. Person needs to be handy with sanding back, repainting and varnishing (top hand rail needs varnish as currently sanded and left raw. Some no gaps also needs to be added to some of the railings meeting the top rail as per picture and nail holes covered up, painted. A couple of spots on a few skirting boards also need minor touch ups. We also have a large front door which needs sanding back and going over with varnish.

Some rear part of the brick house and front brick wall got dirty n stain due to weather need chemical treatment to remove them n make the house better looking - Due date: Before Saturday, 29 July 2023

Kitchen,stairs and walls painted alread have 2 coats of prep done Just need the final couple of coats to be applied - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023

We need our internal doors sanded and painted. We have 10 internal doors, gloss paint. handles and hinges to be removed. Located in Mermaid Waters. view to quote We can supply paint, sorry forgot to mention door frames will also need to be painted please. We have a garage that can be used to do the painting. we will just be painting everything white. They are currently off white - yellow tinge. Hoping to have job completed this weekend
