Other minor jobs to refresh the house to make it look nicer and more presentable

We just did a bathroom/ kitchen renovation on st. Kilda Rd Melbourne so there is some silicon drops, paint drips, grout marks and general clean throughout. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment but it’s the second room that really needs attention - we cut the wood and tiles In there so the walls have dust all over them.. this could be ongoing work on all our jobs for right candidates. Customers aren’t living there so would like to get done in next few days..
