My naighbour is in desperate need of help. She needs 3 walls painted asap. 2 of which are normal walls and 1 feature wall in off white colour. Her maximum budget is $300 as she’s struggling already with kids. If anyone can help with this task that will be highly appreciated. Just a FYI, the person who accepts this task will need to buy the paint themselves please as she doesn’t have any idea of what paint and equipments are required.

Exterior Painting – Two-Storey Brick Home, Mount Colah NSW Looking for an experienced professional painter to prepare and repaint the currently painted exterior surfaces of our two-storey home in Mount Colah. Important: Most of the ground-floor exterior is exposed brick and the brickwork is NOT being painted. The main painted wall areas are the horizontal cladding on the partial upper storey. Please refer to the attached photos when quoting. Areas to be painted: - Upper-storey exterior cladding - Fascia boards - Eaves / soffits - Rakes / barge boards and associated trim - Window trims - Painted exterior posts and trim where applicable - Ceiling over the alfresco/verandah area - Other existing painted exterior panels/sections shown in the photos Preparation required: - Remove loose or flaking paint - Clean/wash down surfaces as required - Minor patching - Gap filling - Sanding where required - Prime bare or repaired areas where required We are looking for proper surface preparation before painting, not simply painting over the existing finish. Paint: We already know the exact colours we want. Please include the supply of paint in your quote, preferably using your trade discount. Paint house interior: 1. 4 bedrooms - all except doors (2 of these rooms have ornate ceilings). Includes a window frames and door frames. 2. Sunroom - walls, window frames, ceiling, skirting, sliding doors (has some peeling on ceiling so needs to be sanded etc), including sliding doors 3. Bathroom ceiling, window frame, door frame 4. Kitchen/living walls, skirtings, ceiling (there is a patch on the roof which had water damage so if that can be patched that would be good - see pics) 5. Hallway walls and skirtings only 6. Laundry/bathroom - walls, door, door frame, window frames 7. Internal/external sliding doors (these are quite chipped, some areas a bit rotted so need some patching) 8. Front door (inside/outside), chipped. Needs to be sanded. 9. Gym - walls, ceiling, doors, door frame, white timber floor boards Door frames are quite chipped as are skirtings. Looking for an experienced handyman, painter or plasterer to prepare my vacant 3-bedroom house for painting. The home has approximately 165m² of internal living area (207m² including the garage). But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter.
