Looking for a painter to repaint the whole internal house, including: • All internal walls • All internal doors and door frames • All skirting boards • Full preparation included • Small patching where TVs/wall mounts are removed The house is currently, I believe, Quarter Lexicon White throughout. Skirting boards are a different colour to the walls. All 3 bedrooms currently have a feature wall that will need to be painted back to white to match the rest of the house. Walls are in good condition overall. There may just be a few small areas requiring patching once our TVs are removed from the walls. The house will be completely empty for the job. I’ve attached as many photos as possible, along with the floor plan, so you can get a good idea of the size and condition. Please leave your best quote and clearly state what is included, including prep, patching, number of coats, paint/materials and whether GST is included. But garage is only ceiling and cornice paint. Property is vacant with easy access. Major repairs have already been completed, with all large holes sheeted and repaired. I'm looking for someone to: Fill and patch remaining small holes, dents and imperfections. Remove wall plugs, screws and nails, then patch. Sand all patched areas smooth. Caulk gaps around skirting boards, architraves, door frames and trims where required. Scrape any loose paint or old silicone where needed. Ensure the house is fully prepared and ready for the painter. We bought a 3 bedroom house in Figtree (Wollongong). We receive keys 7th Aug and removalists come 15th Aug. Looking for highly experienced painters to paint all of interiors (walls, doors, ceilings) to a high standard, including them providing all relevant equipment including paint, tape, and sheets to protect floors. Want the job completed within 3x days ideally, though definitely before 13th Aug. Cannot risk delays. Want to ensure painters are very experienced in the appropriate painting process, including preparing walls/doors/ceilings before commencing, avoiding drips/streaks, patching up at small holes with puddy prior if necessary, and knowledge about appropriate types of paint for different sections (eg walls vs doors vs ceilings). Important also to view the property with us prior to commencing the job to provide us with any advice/feedback (if necessary, to inform our planning), clarify your required process, and ensure you're well informed prior to commencing process and buying materials.
