Looking for experienced painters available immediately to prep and paint a residential double story home in Riverstone. A floor plan is attached showing the layout and full dimensions for quoting purposes, and the floor-to-ceiling height throughout the home is approximately 2.6metres. This job requires a high standard of quality with proper surface prep, light sanding where required, and at least two full coats of paint applied for a clean finish. All Haymes paint is already on-site and ready to go. Tradespersons or taskers must supply all their own professional equipment, including wide rollers, extension poles, drop sheets where required, ladders, and prep tools. The house is currently almost empty and the existing floors are being replaced immediately after this project. The entire job must be completed by 2 August. Flexible access is available for on-site walk-throughs anytime if you prefer to quote in person, or you can submit a quote directly based on the floor plan. Early start times, late finishes, and weekend work are all welcome if needed to ensure a high-quality result delivered on time.

4 bedroom house painted. Two story Interior walls and ceilings and door trims, doors etc. House is fully furnished and is approx 15 years old. Windows are aluminium so don’t need painting and trims are currently painted in low sheen/aquanamel (non oil).
