House Painting 4 Bed + 3 Bath (Ceiling only) Choice of colours: for ceilings (lexicon quarter flat white base) For walls: lexicon quarter low sheen. For doors, architraves, door jams and window : (Aqua enamel ultra white ) Gloss white Preparation of surface: 1. patching all the necessary areas, gap filling,sanding 2. Two coats of paint. 3. Silicon fill in kitchen and bathroom areas.

Newly bought house needs a birthday. Paint house to white. Some cathedral ceilings.
