We have recently completed some repair works outside due to water leaking and now need to repair the inside likely to be some skirting, painting and potentially some plastering. This price is inclusive of any materials although paint is provided.

It’s a 3 bed 2 story smallish town house. Kitchen and living is one area. Toilet and bathroom downstairs and 2 beds plus bathroom upstairs.

Job #1 Back Fence: 1.2x 1.2m cement sheet wall repair- stucco or textured paint coating to match existing fence. Job #2 Front Fence: Minor repairs to existing rendered wall and piers + minor patch to cover removal of speaker box. Photos available. Would prefer onsite quotation.

Paint walls in hallway and one bedroom, including skirting boards. Paint 5 doors and architraves. Note that skirts and archs will need to be undercoated with oil based as they are currently oiled wood. Prepare/sand/caulk/fill as required. Small area in hallway will need loose flakey paint scraped back and oil undercoat. No ceiling painting required. Note: to ensure both parties are in clear agreement about the requirement a visit to the property prior to confirming price is recommended.

I need some painting works completed starting 25th or 26th May. This includes patching of minor cracks and painting in a solid brick home in Elwood. Downstairs kitchen meals, small lounge 1 bedroom. Property not furnished. I will supply the paint and would like to proceed on a per hour basis $40- $60 per hour depending on experience.

Hi We live in a 3 bed house and wanting a handyman or woman to look around the house to see what we need to fix up before we move out. I expect some painting and some cleaning of walls from scratches. I happy to edit the quote if more work is needed but expect maybe a 2-3 hours job. Thanks Jo
