Exterior of house to be prepared then painted white

Internal house painting; it’s for two full rooms, laundry and entryway; and ceilings throughout the house (most of the walls are either brick of wood panelling which will not be painted). Floor skirting boards need to be covered as these will be put back in place. The carpeting is all out and I have the date selected before the floor installation on the 16th. You can see the space on the floor plans (ignore bathrooms) as well as a few photos of the bedrooms, living room and study. There is no furniture in the house and I’m currently not living in it; however there is material in from the team currently working on the kitchen and bathrooms. I have colours picked out already and am happy to supply paint; all other materials will need to be yours. Also; none of the wood trim is to be painted. And the ceiling cornices are standard curved ones.

Side of house may require some weatherboard replacement and repainting. Also small portion of eaves in gable needs replacement.

The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site.
