Find an experienced house painter in Ascot Vale

We are after someone to paint skirting boards in the downstairs of our house (approx 50s sqm area). Hoping to have it done and dry in time for us to move in this Friday 24th Nov. We have just had new floorboards installed so care needs to be taken to not get paint on the floors. - Due date: Before Thursday, 23 November 2023

I am prepping to paint my house and it needs to be pressure washed to get rid of all the cobwebs/dust etc. all windows to be cleaned, driveway to be cleaned as it will be painted. Garage also to be pressure hosed down. Also under the front porch and front door. I will have anything you see in the photos like plants, furniture, rubbish etc all moved away from the house and off the driveway to make it easy to do. - Due date: Before Friday, 10 February 2023

I would like to have the front facade of the upper level of my townhouse painted. Area is accessible from the balcony. Material is like a fibreglass/ cement sheeting material. Would like have the edges of window frames siliconed. Just the upper level is required. Happy to supply paint/ materials.
