Are you an expirienced Painter? Do you have the tools/know how to help touch up externally our house We have a large, custom house spread over multiple levels. It is white and rendered. Over time - the render has beome a little dirty and faded and we'd like to get this touched up. The house is BIG... but access is good. Some areas you'd absolutely need to be up on a ladder. No difficult or time consuming cutting in - really just need/want someone on a roller to roll one coat, nice and thick, over the render to just bring it back to life. Can be flexible - will supply ALL paint - but really looking for a painter with good expirience and someone that can work solidly. Half my house needs painting as I ran out of time to do it myself. I require a 18-20sq home painted. I just bought the house recently and it had been recently painted but unfortunately I had to have the house re-stumped and after doing so, cracks had appeared. I have had all the cracks patched up but just need painting over now. I think we can possibly get away with one coat as my choice of colour would be Lexicon Quarter (Dulux) - Due date: Flexible
