The table needs a sand first then an oil and wax. It’s really only the top that requires attention. It’s approx 94cm x 244cm.

Lounge, dining & kitchen are combined with vaulted ceiling, small passage, 2 bedrooms and one small study nook. I would like the quote to include internal doors and architraves, however may not have them painted. There is one bathroom and separate toilet. If my budget doesn't cover all, I would like a quote for kitchen lounge dining area only.

Dining table needs to have it's surface cleaned, sanded and polished. Legs and chairs require no maintenance.

Needing teak 1960s veneer dining table restored with Osmo oil. It needs to be stripped, lightly sanded, colour matched (darker leaves and fading in some parts) and some small veneer chips filled/repaired.

I recently bought a teak Koala Torakina outdoor dining table. It seems to have some water damage already - either mould or similar. But it should only be at the very top layer. Looking to have it lightly sanded and sealed.
