Hi, I have a 3 bedroom house that I am looking to have repainted in Sebastopol. Job includes entire house ceilings (2.7m ceilings) and all walls in the 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small hallway. Trim can be sprayed/painted over as I will do these separately after the house is completed. All surfaces are currently painted but looking for a white ceiling and Dulux Natural White on the walls. Existing damage to the walls is in the process of being fixed. Looking to have the job completed sometime between 2 and 23 April (flexible). Two walls in two separate bedrooms each have large holes to be repaired and replastered.

It’s a large empty building and I have specific rooms that need patching & painting. The site will need to be viewed to quote.

Miscellaneous painting: - Paint one full bedroom (3.6 x 3.9m) - include prep and paint walls, ceiling, cornice, windows, architraves and skirting boards - Repaint kitchen (walls x 2) only - Prep and paint skirting boards and architraves in study area next to kitchen - Paint cornices and walls in the study area next to kitchen. They currently have 1x layer of undercoat on. The ceiling is already finished. - Prep and paint architrave and skirting board for rumpus room, approx. 3 x 4m. Paint cornice (has undercoat on already,) All paint supplied Looking to complete asap, ideally this week.

House To be painted. In some areas brand new plaster has been installed and others will be existing plaster painted over. Said plaster is In good condition but these areas will need some light prep work. *Bedrooms already painted* Entrance (new plaster) hallway (old plaster will need prep work) bathroom (old plaster) kitchen ceiling (old plaster needs prep) dining area (new plaster) lounge (old plaster) back door area (new plaster) laundry and toilet (new plaster) Note; in photos plaster in laundry and toilet yet to be completed this will be done in the next 2 weeks Skirts arks and cornice will all be painted in the same colour as walls so this job can be completed with sprayer or roller whatever works. Just a tiny hole in the wall , I wouldn't say it's a hole looks like I've just pierced it . I've got paint still left over from the builders. It's a tiny job probley would only take 30 minutes if that.
