Front deck needing sanding and staining

Someone keyed my car. The scratch is very thin itself but it extends from front to back on passenger side. I have the paint I just need someone to fix the scratch. In addition if your price is reasonable I also have a scratch on front bumper which needs fixing. For now, the scratch on the side is important.
