Painting of a small 1 bedroom apartment from 9/12. Would like existing paint stripped and repainted with a basic white ( ceilings and skirting boards inclusive) . 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small living area & a European laundry & pantry. Would prefer all inclusive price and timeframe

In the living room id like on wall painting a deep blue (pictured with the blue samples on wall) In one bedroom I’d like one wall painting burgundy. (Pictured same) Other walls very slight off white Ceilings white (I can get the paint) Pictures are of apartment, there won’t be cabinets in the living room anymore so all walls accessible. I’ve put some pictures up of issues I’ve spotted that will need prepping prior to paint. Also cabinets in the living room were screwed to the wood so they need plugging. I will just have had new flooring put in days before so it will need covering. Thanks!
