I’m looking for a qualified tradesman to repair (isolated spots), sand and reseal the wooden parquet floor in my one bedroom apartment. Flooring spans lounge and combined kitchen, hallway (1) and entrance. Would appreciate reasonable offers/quotes, happy to answer any questions. The photos are of the spots I have main concerns about, these are in the kitchen and outside the laundry. Spots outside the laundry were repaired (poorly) a few months back and needs to be rectified as per my rental agreement. Thanks!
