We’re looking for an experienced and reliable painter to complete interior painting works in our apartment. We will be supplying all paint, including ceiling paint, wall paint, bedroom paint, and skirting board paint. The job includes painting approximately 60 sqm of apartment ceilings. The ceilings are in good condition overall. There may be a small amount of plaster patching required, depending on light installation prior to painting. Any plastering required can be quoted separately on top of the main job if needed. We also require one generous coat of white paint over existing white walls in the lounge and hallway, covering approximately 50–60 sqm of wall area. In addition, we need two coats of an off-yellow colour painted in two bedrooms, with each bedroom having under 15 sqm of wall area. The carpets in the bedrooms will be removed prior to painting, so floor protection in those rooms is not required. All skirting boards throughout the apartment will also need to be repainted using a suitable trim paint. We will supply all paint only. The painter will need to provide their own drop sheets, tape, brushes, rollers, ladder, and any other tools required. The apartment will be vacant and easy to work in. We’re looking for someone tidy, efficient, and experienced with residential interior painting. Please include your availability, estimated timeframe, and examples of similar work if available. The laminate includes some flat pieces as well as cabinet doors, I would like the front and back done of all the laminate. The cabinet doors will need to be taken off and put back on. They have small splits/damage which I think can just be painted over as is. I would also love to have the skirting board included. Approx measurements of the area have been included.
