Got new filter and oil.. need a hand replacing

Solon SL-E530 tektro style brakes. Front brake has no pressure and does not activate after failed bleeding attempt. Fluid colour is yellow and says mineral oil on the lever.

I just did an oil change on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 and noticed I don’t have the correct socket piece to remove the oil filter part🤦🏽‍♀️ It states a 16mm socket but think it’s a 18/19mm? Can anyone help plz!

Old head unit replaced with new one. Toyota RAV4. Someone has already tried to take it out (Dumb move I know). Have harness which was recommended by Supercheap. Happy to come to you as we are travelling. Thank you.
