We have an opportunity for you to mystery shop a fitness class and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary. This task is beginner friendly and easy to complete. We only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required? Book a trial pack and attend the class. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will submit an online survey sharing your feedback. You will be reimbursed for your class cost. The specific location of the studio cannot be publicly disclosed for privacy reasons. Please also mention if you are currently a member of any gyms or fitness studios to avoid conflicts of interest.
