You will spend some time in the bar area (15 mins), savouring a drink while observing the cleanliness, staff interaction, and atmosphere. Then spend some time in the gaming area (30 minutes) to observe and play, while also noting the staff interaction, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. - You will ask the staff member one question about a promotion.
