You need your own equipment. My mower broke halfway through so it is half done just need it finished off and tidy it up a little. You dont need to take the clippings but you are more than welcome to. Area in photo is what requries the most work. Area thay needs tidying up is all up including front yard would.be roughly.the size of a tennis court.it was mowed this weekend so wont need much done
