I've got a roughly 3mx3m patch of grass that i'd love synthetic turf laid. We had real turf but didnt survive for whatever reason and now we just track dirt around. I'm after quote for everything. Removal of existing turf, prepped however needs prep, providing of the turf. (Would be great to have some options, closer to real as possible but understand they can get quite pricey and don't want to go crazy there). Excuse the mess at the moment, hasnt had much TLC. I want to roughly halve the size of this garden bed, replacing sleepers with a brick edge and turfing the rest. Can either quote on the full job or just soil removal. Current dimensions are approx 2mx5m. Soil needs to be level to lawn, and is currently 10-20cm above. So maybe 1-2 cubic metres of soil to go. May also want to remove the green planter and soil (approx 2x1m, 50cm deep). If quoting on the full job, brick edge would need to match as in other places. I can organise planting. Questions welcome! Hello I’ve got a vacant block in Glen Iris, roughly 780sqm, and it’s gotten away from me over winter. Grass is knee high in spots, plus weeds and a few woody shrubs and saplings along the back and side fences. What I need: • Whole block cut down as low as you can get it • Whipper snipper along all the fence lines and the front • Shrubs and saplings on the boundaries cut back to ground level • !!!!! All cuttings and green waste taken away by you (include tip fees in your price) !!!!!!!!! I would guess this is 3-5 trailer loads A few things to know. There’s loose rock and rubble through the dirt, so bring gear you don’t mind hitting stones with. The block has temp fencing around it and there’s a concrete crossover at the front so you can back a trailer in. There’s also a piling rig and a small excavator parked in the back corner for the build – just work around them, don’t touch them. Photos attached.
