Looking for simple courtyard refreshing. Tasks include: • Remove weeds, top layer of mulch and about 100mm of soil (total area in question around 8m2 • fill with thin layer of sand and cover with weed mat (I want to fill with pebbles or new mulch later) • Remove weeds and top layer (white pebbles 5-10mm in front of house) • Take green waste to tip (this will also include soil and plants of old plant pots 4-5x) The job is done after that. I will later do the finish. Note: Area in question will be cleared prior to work commencement. Pavers will stay. Note: Backyard access via alley way in the back - best for someone with a Ute as I think moving a trailer in there might be tricky but possible if trailer is small) Happy to provide more details if requested. Need around 2 to 4 hours of excavator work to level and grade a front yard and batter down to the footpath. (the piece of timber holding it back is rotten and will be gone before you arrive as will the few shrubs that are there) The front yard is pretty compact it's only 9-10m long and the zone that needs battering is about 1-2 m wide. The level difference is relatively small from 100mm to 400mm across the yard. To be honest I'm not sure how long it will take could be much less time with the excavator, do you have an hourly rate as we could also go on hourly rates? I am flexible on the day.

Landscaping duties for 1-2 people in 9 x 10-metre courtyard. I'd do this myself by I'm 7 months pregnant. I'm having soil and topping delivered to the street front. With a wheelbarrow, you will need to move the soil from the street 10m down the driveway to the back of the house and load it into 4 midsized planter boxes. Easy entry down the driveway. Then lay down the weed mat in a small 4 x3 sqmetre area and lay down granite sand topping evenly on the weed matt. 4 hours work max. I even promise to make you cups of tea! Ideally you can bring your own wheelbarrow/ shovels but I can find them if you don't have them available. - Due date: Flexible but ideally the week of 6th February 2023
