Have just finished building a brand new house in Brabham and need some muscle and landscaping know-how to help prep it for lawn. I am arranging for the lawn soil mix and gravel to be delivered Saturday morning and will arrange delivery time according to your availability. The order of tasks is as follows: 1. Levelling the current sand. 2. Move the soil from front to the back. 3. Spread soil. 4. Move gravel from front to sides of house 5. Spread gravel evenly. I will send a diagram of what areas will be gravelled vs prepped for lawn. 140sqm of area to level sand and spread soil mix (11 cubic metres) Approx 23sqm (total) of narrow space either side of house to spread gravel. Looking for someone who is able to level out my front yard a little better than it currently is (removed a lot of large trees and rocks) and also bring in some wood chips, crushed limestone (or something similar) and maybe clean fill if needed. My guesstimate for the area is roughly 100-150sqm. The second photo l've added to the ad is a similar vibe l'm looking for. Not necessarily looking for any planting to be done as once it's at a workable stage I will be able to do those added details myself.
