I have removed grass from our front yard and require remaining soil redistributed so that the soil is level ready for landscaping. its an area of between 70-80sqm and can easily be done with a kanga kid. we are yet to install a fence and gate top of our limestone so its still accessible with a kanga kid should you require it.

I need my front of the house properly weeded, trimmed and mulched I also need back of the house sprayed around pool pavers, weeded and tidied up.

Set firmly and level, with comfortable spacing. Confirm slab dimensions, number and layout on site. 4. Supply and plant repeated compact green and grey-green plants. Suggested palette: Lomandra Little Con and Westringia Jervis Gem; optional Dianella Little Rev. Confirm suitability for sunlight, soil and mature bed width; quote sizes and quantities.

I need a lot of landscaping done, from paving, installing turf and removing weeds and possibly removing grass we already have. Please note some of the photos are old. Its in a new estate area, we started doing it on our own but kept getting too busy to finish it and lacking to knowledge to do so. Some photos are out of date and also flexible on budget

Remove sand from backyard. Currently two areas (see pictures) that are around 300-500mm higher than the rest of the yard. Larger section is approx 5m x 6m x 0.4m Smaller section is approx 2m x 5m x 0.3m Need a digger/skid steer to clear sand. Include provision for skip/removal of sand in costs.

Remove sandpit and sand – wheelbarrow & ute required Looking for someone to remove and dispose of an existing sandpit and all the sand from my backyard. The sandpit is approximately 2m x 1.2m x 0.3m, with roughly 0.7m³ of sand (around 10–12 wheelbarrow loads). The sand will need to be shovelled into a wheelbarrow, taken down the side of the house and down four steps, then loaded into your ute/trailer for removal and disposal. You’ll need to bring: * Wheelbarrow and shovel * Plank/ramp suitable for getting the wheelbarrow down the four steps * Ute or trailer capable of taking the sand and dismantled sandpit * Any tools needed to dismantle the timber sandpit Job includes removing all sand, dismantling/removing the sandpit and taking everything away, leaving the area reasonably clean afterwards. Please include all removal/disposal costs in your offer.

2 med garden trees trimmed and hedging

Roughly 100m2 needs to be prepped for landscaping. This entails removal and disposal of top sand layer to a workable depth and level. Large portion of the work is in backyard with a maximum accessible width of 1.1m side entry , which will need to be factored in when considering machinery usage.

Job 1 - Mulch needs to be spread throughout garden in front and back of house. mulch will be delivered sometime on thursday the 24th september so friday the 25th of september would be a good time. Job 2 - Clean the walls of the front of the house with soapy water and a broom. just give it a good scrub and wash it off. also scrub the garage door to clean off the dirt. the house is going for sale. please ask the other people there if there is anything else to do and we can pay additional.
