I have approx 4 wheel barrow worth of old mulch that needs to be taken away.

Have just finished building a brand new house in Brabham and need some muscle and landscaping know-how to help prep it for lawn. I am arranging for the lawn soil mix and gravel to be delivered Saturday morning and will arrange delivery time according to your availability. The order of tasks is as follows: 1. Levelling the current sand. 2. Move the soil from front to the back. 3. Spread soil. 4. Move gravel from front to sides of house 5. Spread gravel evenly. I will send a diagram of what areas will be gravelled vs prepped for lawn. 140sqm of area to level sand and spread soil mix (11 cubic metres) Approx 23sqm (total) of narrow space either side of house to spread gravel. (4 cubic metres) All materials delivered will need to be used. There is unfortunately NOT room for a bobcat to go through, so it's quite a physical job. Looking for someone who is able to level out my front yard a little better than it currently is (removed a lot of large trees and rocks) and also bring in some wood chips, crushed limestone (or something similar) and maybe clean fill if needed.
