We are looking for an experienced landscaper/gardener to complete a backyard landscaping project at our property in Bayswater. We are wanting to create a simple, low-maintenance backyard with a large central lawn, Lilly Pilly screening along the boundaries, and established garden beds around the perimeter. Scope of work: Prepare and level the existing backyard area as required for a new lawn. Supply and install new lawn/turf to create a large, open central lawn area. Prepare the soil appropriately for turf and ensure suitable drainage and levels. Create garden beds along two sides of the backyard, with clean, defined edging. Prepare/improve soil in the garden beds for planting. Supply and plant Lilly Pillies along the boundary to create a dense privacy screen. Lilly Pillies will be semi-mature/advanced plants, approximately 1.5–2 m, subject to availability and recommendation. Space plants appropriately to allow healthy growth while achieving a dense hedge over time. Mulch garden beds after planting. Remove/dispose of excess soil, green waste and landscaping debris. Need someone to back fill sand onto the storm water drain. It took me just under 2 hours to dig out, just shovel the sand on my neighbours side over the pvc piping would give $120 and you can use my shovel and sand rake.
