We are wanting to create a simple, low-maintenance backyard with a large central lawn, Lilly Pilly screening along the boundaries, and established garden beds around the perimeter. Scope of work: Prepare and level the existing backyard area as required for a new lawn. Supply and install new lawn/turf to create a large, open central lawn area. Prepare the soil appropriately for turf and ensure suitable drainage and levels. Create garden beds along two sides of the backyard, with clean, defined edging. Prepare/improve soil in the garden beds for planting. Supply and plant Lilly Pillies along the boundary to create a dense privacy screen. Lilly Pillies will be semi-mature/advanced plants, approximately 1.5–2 m, subject to availability and recommendation.
