Front Yard – Mulch and Weed Removal (Approx. 80m²) Looking for someone to remove and dispose of existing degraded mulch and dead weeds from my front yard / verge in preparation for landscaping. Job details: Area: Approximately 8m × 10m (80m²). Depth: Existing mulch approximately 30–50mm thick. Existing surface: Mulch and weeds are sitting on top of existing weed mat. Scope of work: Remove all existing degraded mulch, dead weeds and loose organic debris from the designated area. Lift and separate the existing weed mat, leaving it neatly stacked on-site for my disposal. Do not dispose of the weed mat. Remove and dispose of all collected mulch, weeds and organic waste off-site at an appropriate waste recycling/disposal facility. Rake and leave the underlying ground reasonably level, tidy and free of loose debris, ready for the next stage of landscaping. Avoid damage to surrounding paving, kerbing, established hedges, garden beds and irrigation. Leave the surrounding footpath, kerb and road clean of any debris resulting from the work. Important information: The volume of waste will exceed the capacity of household green waste bins. Contractor must supply all necessary tools, labour, equipment and transport for waste removal. Quoted price must include all labour, loading, transport, disposal fees and Airtasker fees. No additional charges unless agreed in advance. No new mulch, weed mat, gravel or other landscaping materials are required. No excavation, soil removal or detailed levelling is required. Just a reasonably level and clean surface. Access: Front yard with convenient access from the road for loading and waste removal.
