Hi All, Looking for a landscaper who would to quote the following job in Frankston. Would like the work done asap as with hayfever season, I can't get out to do the work myself. Pictures attached FYI. We have an area that is about 5mX3m that needs weeding and four small trees removed (each tree is about 2-3 metres tall and has a trunk of about 30cm). We anticipate that there is between 2-4 ute loads depending on if trees are mulched first before removing from site. replace 2 x small retaining walls and steps 4.5m x 0.6m approx 2.7m x 0.3m approx Supporting poles to verandah water damaged needs replacing and bricks need to be put back. Soil is soft sand, easy to work with. green supporting beams need to be replaced as one in particular is very water damaged. In addition guttering may need to be reattached if necessary. Guttering is in good condition however has been removed for now. 6 sleepers (2x3) will likely need to be replaced with new sleepers or other material. Middle support post is rotten and needs to be replaced. In addition the bricks (as shown) have begun to fall away as the structure has moved. These are in good condition and can be reused, however some need to be relaid unless there is a better option. steps to the bungalow are all rotten and will need to be replaced and rebuilt. In addition some of the bricks will need to be relaid. All materials will need to be included in quote. Looking for a simple, reliable and neat finish. Have been putting this off for a while, however, need to get it done ASAP for a reasonable price
