I have leftover materials from the back landscaping that I would love to use for front landscaping. There is a large amount of soil currently where the lawn needs to go, quite a bit needs doing so please offer with whatever you can or are able to do (either tomorrow or Monday, otherwise the lawn will die :')) - soil needs shifting - sand needs levelling - retic needs putting in - you will need to provide, just bill me for it. - soil needs to be laid at 80mm thick - lawn laid - gravel laid down the other side of the drive - if possible, three more rows of back patio needs to be paved. Pavers are sitting next to it. - cleanup/waste removal of any excess material once finished. I understand it's a big job and might even take two days, the lawn just needs to be watered throughout as it's still on the verge and need to try and keep it alive!! Original offer acceptance isn't responding so putting this out again! ** Materials have now been ordered to arrive next Thursday 6th November mid-morning. Have just finished building a brand new house in Brabham and need some muscle and landscaping know-how to help prep it for lawn. I am arranging for the lawn soil mix and gravel to be delivered Saturday morning and will arrange delivery time according to your availability. The order of tasks is as follows: 1. Levelling the current sand. 2. Move the soil from front to the back. 3. Spread soil. 4. Move gravel from front to sides of house 5. Spread gravel evenly. I will send a diagram of what areas will be gravelled vs prepped for lawn. 140sqm of area to level sand and spread soil mix (11 cubic metres) Approx 23sqm (total) of narrow space either side of house to spread gravel. (4 cubic metres) All materials delivered will need to be used. There is unfortunately NOT room for a bobcat to go through, so it's quite a physical job. The job MUST be done Thursday 6/11 because the lawn arrives the next day, Friday 07/11. Looking for someone who is able to level out my front yard a little better than it currently is (removed a lot of large trees and rocks) and also bring in some wood chips, crushed limestone (or something similar) and maybe clean fill if needed. My guesstimate for the area is roughly 100-150sqm. The second photo l've added to the ad is a similar vibe l'm looking for. Not necessarily looking for any planting to be done as once it's at a workable stage I will be able to do those added details myself. Collect 2 cubic metres of soil from Little Loads in High Wicombe, deliver to address in Maylands. Transfer soil to rear raised garden bed (raised by 1 metre). Access rear through garage and down the side of the house. BYO trailer and wheelbarrow. Pics attached of the raised garden bed, and access via garage and side of house.
