We need to have a 20 foot shipping container removed from down the side of the house. We could do this ourselves using the shipping container dolly wheels + jacks and an excavator, but currently do not have time to do so. The container will be completely empty. Challenges: The ground is not even grass, but uneven soil, so a little rough terrain to get it over, but the most critical thing is there are new stormwater pipes that are not very far under the path it needs to travel over, and there is clay subsoil so, we need to make sure what equipment that is used is lightweight (eg bobcat / excavator). This means we cant have a big truck etc, just < 2tonnes equipment to remove it. Once it is moved onto the road, we will have someone to come and collect the container and take it away, IMPORTANT: Please note what equipment specifically you plan to use to move it. - Due date: Before Friday, 22 April 2022

I recently replaced the stormwater drainage down the side of the house, as it was impacted by roots using the excavator (a fun job over Xmas) I've already taken out the trees in the yard (all of them) so this can't happen again based on the types of plants that were originally planted. Looking for someone that knows what they are doing when it comes to regrading the land to fix water drainage, as well as fixing soil profile / mix. Currently its about 100mm of poor quality top cover, and then goes to clay below that (not ideal for drainage), so looking for qualified opinions on what is recommended to clean slate things so we can rebuild garden / and set the foundation for laying new lawn.
