Excavate out against all three boundaries where the new retaining wall will be constructed. All spoil will be removed from site. H4 treated pine sleeper. 75mmx200mmx2.4m. There is approx. 24m2 of new retaining wall to be constructed. The full length of the wall will be 600mm in height. All walls need to be built as per manufacturers specifications and as per industry standard. New holes to be augered just in from the boundary fence. All steel posts will be set in ground approx. 1m. All posts will be set into wet concrete footings utilising 32MPA concrete. Appropriate drainage materials including Agi pipe and geo fabric in behind the wall will be required to ensure proper drainage.
