Hi there, I have a small backyard (2m x 7m) in Newtown. With all this rain the grass has died. I need assistance adding new soil, a layer of plastic sheeting, a roll of artificial grass and some mulch. I'd imagine about three hours work. I'm proposing $50 an hour and will pay more if it takes longer. PROCESS: 1. Add soil so there is a gentle slope to the drain in the back corner. (Some shovel work) 2. Lay black plastic sheeting over entire area 3. Lay rubber mats under artificial turf area – they are just sit there (2m x 3m) 4.
