Need an experienced landscaper (hard and soft scaping) with skills in turfing, paving, tiling, fencing etc) to run my landscaping teams. Would probably suit someone older with experience looking to not be ‘on the tools’ as much - or a 4th year apprentice looking towards more supervisor skills. It will be reasonably long hours mentoring and transferring skills to a largely untrained and unqualified workforce (15-20 people) and the ability to manage timelines and outcomes across multiple job sites.
