I need help tidying up our backyard area of about 8mx4m and removal of green waste

Looking for a landscape gardener to give our place a tidy-up before we put it on the market for lease - Newtown based. Availability: Tomorrow (Tuesday) from lunchtime onwards, OR all day Wednesday clear. This is a clean-up job only, we are not removing or replacing any plants, and we don't want anything cut back that it's bare. The goal is for everything to look neat, healthy, and presentable please. Three areas 1. Backyard deck garden — Strelitzia (bird of paradise), monstera, palms, and surrounding greenery. Remove dead/yellowing leaves and any fallen debris. Light tidy of overhanging fronds so the deck feels clean. 2. Front entrance — Bromeliads and bird's nest ferns near the gas meter. Remove the dead brown leaves draping over the brick wall and tidy any decaying foliage. 3. Main hedge — Needs shaping back into a clean, defined form. It's grown out and over the slat fence. Please shape neatly, not to be taken down too far. We want it to keep its fullness and has been intentionally grown out for this shape. All three areas have a build-up of dead leaves and decaying foliage underneath the plants , this also needs to be cleared out as part of the job. - Green bin on-site for disposal - Plenty of free all-day parking on surrounding streets and we will try to block out a all day prior to your arrival - Please bring your own tools (secateurs, hedge trimmer, rake, etc.) Photos attached for reference. Need to do an end of lease tidy of a small courtyard. What needs doing: * Sweep leaves * Weeding * Tidy garden beds * Clear large fronds IMPORTANT: You must be able to take away the greenwaste, I have a small greenwaste bin and it's unlikely to fit the fronds and leaves. No need for mowing/trimming etc.

GARDEN CLEAN UP ASAP We’ve moved out of our rental in Newtown and need someone to do some trimming in our garden. I’ve attached photos of what the garden looked like when we moved in, you’d need to trim the garden to match these photos. The red circles are plants you can cut back even more so than in the photos. Aim is to have all plant edges  in the backyard lining up with the yellow brick work. As well as trimming, the front yard will also need a sweep to get rid of old plant debris. I need front and back patios tidied up - - collecting up quite a bunch of leaves (sweeping, blowing, raking) and putting in the green bin. - Trimming a box hedge into shape.
