Hi there, I have a small backyard (2m x 7m) in Newtown. With all this rain the grass has died. I need assistance adding new soil, a layer of plastic sheeting, a roll of artificial grass and some mulch. I'd imagine about three hours work. I'm proposing $50 an hour and will pay more if it takes longer. PROCESS: 1. Add soil so there is a gentle slope to the drain in the back corner. (Some shovel work) 2. Lay black plastic sheeting over entire area 3. Lay rubber mats under artificial turf area – they are just sit there (2m x 3m) 4. Lay roll of artificial turf (The roll is heavy enough that some double-sided tape is probably all that is needed – all supplied) - no cutting, just roll it out 5. Shovel out mulch over the remaining black plastic Wanting to get this done ASAP before the next rain. Simple job and an extra shovel would be handy. When are you available?
