Old tv removed from barrack on wall and set up new smart tv as stating antenna not connecting

Wired cctv installation at home. It's double story house. Wired already done from the house wiring time by electrician. and I bought new NVR Poe cctv, 6 camera and monitor. Just need to be crimping the ethernet cables, fix the cameras and install the system with monitor. 3 wire can see outside and 3 maybe taken from downlight hole. I have diagram.
