Swap my Optus box for Telstra box, and connect my Chromecast connection to my bedroom TV. Both very simple tasks I’m told and should not take any more than 3/4 of an hour. I’m not tech savvy so not happy to even try

I am so technologically disabled I’m not even sure what I need. I have three old TVs. And I think (??) I have an Antenna?? A friend kindly set one up with a Telstra TV box so we could watch Netflix. The dog chewed the remote and now it doesn’t work. I think I need someone to re-sync a new remote. With the other two tvs they may need an antenna point (not sure!) and the same Telstra TV box set-up (I think I have the hardware needed). I also have a Velux electric blind on a skylight (can only reach with a ladder) and at one point the remote ran out of batteries/power and died. Since putting new batteries in, the remote can’t find the device/blind. I need someone who can re-sync it. I would not have a clue.

run a phone socket direct from the telstra box in the house. current phone socket is some distance from the box and seems to be affecting NBN performance not urgent all ground level work - you can see run from photos hopefully - Due date: Flexible
