Need to mount tv on the wall. Want to check the wall stability and plan work accordingly

Screen has stopped showing any picture, can still hear sound though so hopefully an easy repair

Need the tv mount pictured to be installed onto my wall. Have already had an electrician install a power point. As far as I can tell there is just one stud to attached the mount to. I am open to suggestions, if the mount needs to change, but ideally needs to be articulating.

The top half of my antenna is obsolete so I’d like to get it removed. All you would need is an angle grinder and a nice tall A frame ladder. Easy access to flat roof. I’m willing to come up and help. It’s located on the first floor of my house. It seems like an easy job which wouldn’t take much time.
