2 TV wall-mounted brackets bought from Amazon Need help installing 2 brackets, plus sound bar

Sound not working from Foxtel through Marantz system. Sound was working fine & then dropped out. Tried new HDMI cable but no luck. Now can’t get anything to work. Samsung Smart TV works. Not sure what to do next.
