We have an old home and the window sashs have cracked in living room and letting cold air in. Need full replacement on at least 2 windows in living room - potentially more subject to cost but just quote on these 2 with photos provided. Open to glass replaced by double glazing or something with better insulation. I have no idea on cost.

I have four windows that are either unable to be locked properly or a stuck. The wood just needs to be shaved down slightly to allow the windows to close. I am on a ground floor apartment

Fix hole in ceiling caused by smoke alarm detachment from ceiling. Also re-attach smoke alarm in place so all looks neat and tidy. Also need minor repairs to a window sill that was damaged during window replacement - Due date: Flexible

Double hung window broken. Top glass has fallen behind bottom and now both glass pieces are sitting at the floor. Top needs to be re-hung and positioned to working order. Glass only accessible from room as fly screen in place behind. Would like someone certified or with a lot of experience in window repairs. Need done ASAP.
