1. The existing oprning is shown in photos and drawings. Build new door frame with door jamb and architrave, and install a 820 X 2040 door. Build a frame for glass above door. I will provide material as per photos: door, door handle, door jamb (2 sets, one for the 820 door and one for the glass frame above), architrave. I will ask a glazier to install the glass only after the installing and painting of the window frame above. Installer to provide white door hinges X 3 for the solid heavy 820mm door. 2. Your labour to replace a 720mm linen door, I will provide the door. This is cheap light hume door and to reuse the existing door handle and hinges on the newly replaced door. I will do painting for both doors later. So I just need a carpenter to install doors. Please refer to the first photo for the existing opening. Moved into a rental in Blackburn and owner of course saying if I want them I need to pay. I’m getting the windows fixed on Wednesday ( they don’t all open and no locks ) I’m a widow with a teenage son do really need yo feel safe lots of mozzies coming in at night. The windows are mainly for the 3 bedrooms not big windows wooden frames. Getting push locks out on. I’m not sure if there is a frame to secure the screens all around the window you might have to secure the screen up top of subdue with a screw. Thank you. There are also bifold windows in kitchen which I can’t afford to put a screen for !🙄

3x aluminium sash windows (up down) have shifted slightly meaning latches do not match up - so cannot be locked. Need either latches adjusted or replaced. I suspect a small circular cutter could reshape latch to fit, but needs the right tool. Needs to look good and match other windows in the house when done. See photos.

There has been a gap developed in the frame due to which lot of outside noise is coming. Room is upstairs as it's a townhouse. x2 Windows.
