Stegbar window was installed 17 years ago. Three out of four screws on the window winder have rusted and we are unable to undo them. We have the replacement window winder.

Repaint a second window frame – A second timber window frame has peeling/chipped paint. I would like it sanded/prepared and repainted in the same colour to match the existing finish. Require a curtain rod insallation on window frame (see photos). Also require patching work to outside window frame. It only needs to be a temporary solution for waterproofing as house will be demolished in the next 12 months. Probably just building bog or similar waterproofing (see photos). Access is via a ladder outdoor (see photo).
