The system is currently working perfectly, with no leaks or known issues. This is a preventative maintenance service to help maintain the system’s efficiency and longevity. Scope of plumbing work: Flush the hot water tank to remove any sediment buildup, if appropriate for the system. Inspect the sacrificial anode and replace it if required, with any replacement discussed and approved beforehand. Inspect the overall system and check that it is operating correctly. Provide a brief summary of the system’s condition and any maintenance recommendations. Additional request while on site: If you notice any branches that need pruning or shoots growing from below the graft on grafted plants, please let me know and advise whether they can be safely removed. I’ve got one larger double sliding door and two smaller single ones. All three aren’t great to lock any more nor sliding nicely and need a little maintenance there, the larger one is worst. The large one does not slide any more past the single door opening, just stuck and or keeps popping out of the rails: needs overhaul maintenance work. The two small ones sealing rubber/plastic is either missing or totally stiff and not doing it’s purpose and needs replacing. Cheers

Fit and install two power points in pantry. We have plans from when we built which shows all the electrical work done by CJ homes. We now have solar and battery installed. 3 ceiling fans running very slow on first setting, not sure if switch, transformer or ball bearings issue ? Must be currently qualified, licensed electrician.

I think the garage electric thingy needs maintenance. Sometimes the door will go up when we press the garage key sometimes it doesn’t and plays up. Unsure what’s causing this issue. It almost feels like the door is too heavy for the lever to lift.
