- Replace some rotten weatherboards (around 10 damage sections most of them at man height) - Repair or replace around 6 weatherboards between 1st and second floor (4-5 meter heigh above groud) - Remove an in wall aircon unit and patch the hole with weatherboards. The space between the house and the fence is quite narrow, but we can have ladders set from the neigbours. - Due date: Flexible

My house is flooded in Windsor, Brisbane. Urgently require any handyman to repair or replace the damage wall internal and external. Many other work such as vanity, kitchen, trees, doors, etc

One of our weatherboard stops has fallen off and needs to be reinstalled and then sealed. Will need a long ladder to reach as it is about 8 metres up the wall.

Single board pulled off the side of the house, I need this to be sealed up to prevent water damage to make the site safe.

Install folding clothes line to a wood weather board cladding/external wall located in a sunny spot. We do not want to install a post with concrete post. We can get the folding clothes line from Bunnings. To install the clothes line on the wall, we will need to cut up a timber wedge / till batten then fixed in the cladding to provide a square base for the clothes line to be installed on. Please quote for labour, materials needed. I can supply the clothes line.
