We are currently getting the house rendered and had the rains heads taken off. We bought new ones from Ace. They are all cut and prepared, ready for install once the rendering is done. Will need ladders but materials on site.

I have two windows that leak. One seems to leak from the window it self and tracks down. The other seems to have internal leaking and water drips though the frame internally. Have sealed from the inside without avail.

I have old sliding door in my room and i want to replace it with new railings

Curtain tracks/rod needs reinstallation. Currently just screwed/anchored into gyprock which has lasted around 3years. Needs to be screwed into the stud. Track is coming off the wall due to weight of curtains. Curtains will be taken off prior to installation. I may not have the correct screws available and don’t have a stud finder so installer will need to bring/supply these (screws will need to be black). Curtain rod is around 4m long. I can support one end during reinstallation so it doesn’t snap. There are 8 points/brackets that need to be screwed in

Fix drawer keeps opening does not stay closed and other drawer broken off can be put back all parts there

It’s a n elbow mark on the gyprock wall. Need to patch it nicely! Will do the paint later one it’s dry. If the patch is in cream colour even better. << PAINTING NOT REQUIRED >>

I have a wall which I want 3 rows of 6 grams installed. They are all the same size (A3 with A4 photo) and eye level so no ladder needed. There are screws in the wall which were installed incorrectly so they will need to be removed and patched up as well.
