Hi, I have 2 heavy mirrors, and one light framed picture that I want hung properly on the wall. Rental property, so want to make sure a good job is done. The walls are painted concrete. I need hooks screwed in properly. Items already have hanging wires attached to the back, so hooks just need to be installed.

The curtain rods in my home have been drilled in a really odd place. On the scirting boards rather than above them letting in to much light when drawn and it looks odd. I want to move them to where they should be. There are a lot of them but it's still a simple job provided you have a drill. I also need a hand moving some heavy furniture around the house IE big mirror needs to go down stairs. Book case to the other side if the TV. Etc Can do myself but just has enough with house tasks will help out though
